Shipping information

We only ship to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out by DPD, UPS, DHL or a freight forwarder. You can find the respective shipping costs in the table below. If you want us to ship to another country, please write us an email (support@faller-audio.com) and tell us the article, the quantity, the delivery address, the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to enquire about the shipping option and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The period for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after issuance of the payment order to the remitting credit institution or with other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract to run and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

1) Shipping within Germany

Shipping within the German mainland is free of charge for standard shipping from an order value of 99.00 EUR.
For shipping to German islands we do not charge an island surcharge.

2) Shipping abroad

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy and Luxembourg.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
