Terms and Conditions for Using faller Voluntary Manufacturer's Warranty faller fallerCARE) 

1. The provider of thefaller manufacturer’s warranty (hereinafter: manufacturer’s warranty) is: faller GmbH, Hammer Landstraße 45, D-41460 Neuss (hereinafter: faller). 
2. The falleroro care manufacturer's warranty applies to purchases of genuine faller products faller an authorized retailer or from the faller online store faller faller. faller right to require proof of purchase in order to honor the manufacturer's warranty. 
3. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and ends two years after the date of purchase (one year in North America and Australia). Repairing or replacing a purchased item does not start a new manufacturer’s warranty period. 
4. During the warranty period, sonoro will fulfill sonoro warranty obligations, at faller discretion, faller by repair or replacement. 
5. Repairs are performed either by faller or by a faller dealer. If you send a purchased item to faller replacement or repair, faller will cover faller shipping costs (within mainland Europe only), provided that you follow faller instructions faller returns.
6. The prices for the manufacturer's warranty always include VAT. Unless otherwise specified, payment for the warranty is due no later than 10 days after the customer places the order. 
7. The manufacturer's warranty does not apply

• • in the event of improper use or misuse, including—but not limited to—failure sonoro use the purchased item for its intended purpose or in accordance with sonoro instructions for use and maintenance.  

• • when using the purchased item in conjunction with accessories that have not been approved for use with this product.  

• • for batteries included in or attached to the purchased item.  

• • for necessary maintenance, repair, or replacement work due to normal wear and tear.  

• • if the batteries are damaged due to overcharging or failure to follow the specific instructions for handling batteries in the user manual.  

• • for repairs not performed by faller authorized dealers.  

• • for damage caused by improper use, such as destruction or damage resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.  

8. Claims under the statutory warranty or liability for material defects always apply in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty and are not affected by it. 
9. In addition, German law applies. The German text of the manufacturer’s warranty remains binding, even if these terms and conditions are translated into other languages.
