Newsletter Giveaway Terms and Conditions 

We are raffling off a sonoro STREAM among all newsletter subscribers. Simply sign up by the end of the current month, and you will automatically be entered into the drawing.   

Terms and Conditions for the sonoro STREAM Giveaway 

  1. The organizer is
    sonoro audio GmbH, Managing Director: Marcell Faller, Hammer Landstraße 45, 41460 Neuss. Hereinafter referred to as sonoro

  2. Participation
    By participating, you declare your consent to the rules of the drawing. All newsletter subscribers of a current month (e.g., 01/01/2025 – 01/31/2025) are automatically entered into the drawing pool. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for this. Consent can be revoked at any time, for example, by clicking the corresponding link in the newsletter or by sending a notice to info@faller-audio.com.

  3. Eligibility and Exclusion
    Eligible participants must reside in Germany, Austria, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Italy and be at least 18 years old. Employees, their relatives, and sales partners of sonoro are excluded from participation. Only one entry per person is permitted. sonoro reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw who violate the rules, manipulate them, or attempt to do so. sonoro also reserves the right to adjust or discontinue the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

  4. Prize
    The prize is a sonoro STREAM https://sonoro.com/produkt/stream/ in the color of choice (subject to current availability). The prize cannot be paid out in cash. No legal recourse is permitted.

  5. Entry Deadline, Prize Notification, and Shipping
    The prize draw ends on the last day of each month (January 31, February 28/29, March 31, April 30, May 31, June 30, July 31, August 31, September 30, October 31, November 30, December 31). The drawing will take place no later than the 10th of each month. The winning individual will then be notified via email and asked to provide their address details via email to facilitate shipping. If no response is received within seven days of notification, the claim to the prize will be forfeited.

  6. Data Protection and Consent
    User data is processed with the utmost care and in compliance with legal provisions. The data entered into the participation form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you provide to us through your voluntary participation in this giveaway.
