fallerCARE applies to all current OSKAR TV speech amplifiers.

Registration of your OSKAR is possible as long as it is still within our manufacturer's warranty.

To register, you only need the serial number of your OSKAR and a valid email address. In order to identify your device in the event of a service request, we also ask you to provide your name. Further information can be added optionally afterwards.

The additional warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects that have not arisen through a fault of your own, improper use, or external influences.

In the event of a warranty claim, our support team should be contacted. The serial number and registration data should be kept ready to enable fast processing.
