Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DPD, UPS, DHL, or by freight forwarder. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below. If you wish to ship to another country, please send us an email (support@faller-audio.com) and provide the item, quantity, and delivery address including the country and corresponding postal code. For other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends upon the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such a day. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Shipping within Germany<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standard shipping within mainland Germany is free for orders with a value of 99.00 EUR or more.<br\/>We do not charge an island surcharge for shipping to German islands.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) International Shipping<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties).
